Program Description
Program Name: IAAMED Appointment & Consultation Alerts
By submitting your phone number through our website consultation request form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from IAAMED related to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Consultation scheduling and follow-up
- Treatment program information you have requested
- General practice updates relevant to your care inquiry
You are not required to consent to receiving text messages as a condition of receiving any medical services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with IAAMED. You may receive up to 4 messages per month in connection with your consultation or appointment. We will not send marketing or promotional text messages without your separate, explicit consent.
Costs & Carrier Fees
Message and data rates may apply. IAAMED does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving text messages from IAAMED at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further text messages from IAAMED unless you re-opt in.

Your mobile phone number and any information you provide through our forms are collected and used solely for the purpose of facilitating your consultation request and communicating with you as described in these SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

TCPA Compliance
IAAMED's text messaging program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations. By providing your mobile number and submitting our form, you represent that:

A2P 10DLC Registration
IAAMED sends text messages through the Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) system as required by U.S. wireless carriers. Our messaging program is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to ensure compliant, reliable delivery of appointment and consultation notifications.

IAAMED reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued receipt of text messages after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any changes, please reply STOP to opt out.
